Health Coaching Starts with YOU!

What do you think of when you hear or read the term "health"? For me there are three major aspects of health:

  • Physical

  • Mental

  • Spiritual

The combination of these result in how you identify yourself as "healthy" or "unhealthy". Regardless of how you identify, I want to cultivate a safe space for you to grow every facet of your well being.

The two areas I like to focus on the most are: nutrition and stress management. A lot of times, the two are interconnected and it is my goal to determine how to make far-off dreams into realities. How many times have you said: 

  • "I wish I could lose weight..."

  • "I wish someone would motivate me."

  • "I wish I knew how to manage my stress levels better..."

  • "I wish I knew how to feel more grounded and less 'in my head'."
